We use only free range Norfolk pork and British beef and lamb. Free range chicken, turkeys, ducks and geese.
All our sausages (30+ varieties), burgers and kebabs are home made. As are all our pies.
Our bacon is dry cured, so no white gunge in the pan!
We offer a party service with dressed salmon s or hams or platters of sliced meats.
Wild game is fresh when in season or frozen our of season.
