Appeal rejected by Inspector -
many thanks for your support!
The Inspector has decided to support the Council's decision to reject the developer's application. This appeal decision will hopefully end the matter. The developer could apply again with a new proposal but the reasons given by the Inspector for refusing the appeal would make that very difficult.

Thanks to the many people who responded to our appeal to write to the Planning Inspector. Over 2000 letters were received via Duffy's Budgens, plus many more mailed directly. This strong message to the Inspector that the community did not want this development undoubtedly helped us to win our case.
